Diamond Baking Co. was born out of a passionate desire to share the simple pleasures that mouth-watering pastries and cakes can bring. We are a private by-appointment only specialty dessert shop, using the finest quality ingredients, creating 100% gluten free products and using organic and locally grown ingredients, if possible. We make everything from scratch and bake it fresh for your order!

Our philosophy is that everyone should be able to celebrate special occasions. It's not just about special occasions though. We believe you should be able to indulge in sweets any time! Therefore, we can cater to food allergies or special diets to create fabulous cakes and desserts including GLUTEN FREE cakes. We also can do cakes without dairy, soy, or eggs. If you have other dietary restrictions, let us know. We strive to accommodate everyone. We have gotten rave reviews from our happy customers.

You can get anything from a beautifully decorated gluten free birthday cake made with chocolate cake layers, luscious buttercream, and fresh raspberries to decadent gluten free brownies, and tasty gluten free cookies. We specialize in weddings cakes including gluten free wedding cakes, and we take the time for each and every couple. By scheduling a tasting, you can sample our cakes.
