May 2010: Wedding season has begun! We are happy to say our wedding cake season is in full bloom and we are making wedding cakes many weekend over the next few months! Woohoo as this is one of our favorite activities!

We are also happy to annouce that our cupcakes and tea breads are available at Perky's Coffee shop in Longmont, CO at 1515 Main St. Grab one to go or eat it right there with your coffee or tea. Enjoy!

I have to tell you that my husband and I have been raving about the cake since the day I picked it up. Honestly, it FAR exceeded our expectations. It's so moist and delicious, we are savoring every piece! If you gave it to someone and didn't tell them it was gluten, dairy and egg-free they would never know. Seriously, it's better than any regular carrot cake we've had. It made my husband's month, thanks so much!
