Creating the Wedding Cake of Your Dreams

At Diamond Baking Co. we create made-to-order gluten free wedding cakes working with the bridal couple to make your cake personalized and special. We schedule individual tastings with each couple. Since we are a boutique dessert shop, we limit the number of events we handle each weekend, so it's recommended you book a few months in advance. Our customers give us rave reviews and are excited to be able to share a delicious gluten free wedding with their friends and family.

Cake designs are customized for each couple’s taste. If you have a picture of a cake you like, we welcome them! This will help us determine your style and what you are looking for in a cake. We appreciate invitations, color swatches or cake samples to help us design your cake with you. We'll go over all the details and customize your cake at your complimentary gluten free wedding cake tasting.

Reservations for a tasting can be made by email or telephone. All tastings are by appointment only.

Other things to consider when coming to a tasting are:

* Size & cost- How many people are you looking to serve? Is the cake serving as the only dessert after a sit down dinner or will there be another option? Do you want a large tiered cake or is a small display cake okay? Would cupcakes suit your event? Cake prices vary according to flavor and decorations.

* Flavor - What are your favorite flavors? Which would you like to sample? Since our cakes are made to order, we can cater to almost any flavor. You can sample up to three different flavors at a tasting.

*A non-refundable$100 deposit is required to reserve your date on our calendar.

We can deliver your cake to your reception venue personally and with care. Our delivery rate starts at $50. Longer distances will incur a higher delivery charge depending on mileage. Delivery is available to the Denver/Boulder area or even up into the Rockies including Estes Park.
